logo is designed around an individual. The "i" in is an individual on the move. At Springboards, we believe that individuals are very important. Individuals make an organization and hence focus is on the individual. At the base is training. It is this base that empowers people to launch upward with renewed purpose and passion. The logo itself is a combination of many parts. This is specifically done to bring about the importance of interdependence.

While each part is important, it needs to depend on the other to reach completion. The logo uses 2 distinct colors Orange & Green, to depict the various effects of training. These colors have been chosen for what they mean and the emotions that they bring. Orange is vibrant. It's a combination of red and yellow so it shares some common attributes with those colors. It denotes energy, warmth, and the sun. As a warm color orange is a stimulant stimulating the emotions and even the appetite. Green is life. Abundant in nature, green signifies growth, renewal, health, and environment. With both a warming and cooling effect, the color green denotes balance, harmony, and stability.
